The project of any structure is the fundamental soul of man-made creation. Designing is the totality of object creation, representation and planning processes. For our team, designing is extremely responsible work that requires professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail. Basically, it is the art of turning the architect's ideas and the client's wishes into reality.

It is important for you to know when considering whether you need a structural part of the project:

• The structural part is an integral part of every project. It is mandatory in order to register the completed construction (STR 1.04.04:2017) "BUILDING DESIGN, PROJECT EXPERTISE").

• The construction of the building is carried out according to the Working Project or Technical-Working Project, the main component of which is structural. The project requires a procedure for recognizing the building as suitable for use.

• The structural part of the project ensures one of the essential requirements of the building - mechanical resistance, constancy (stability).

The Construction Law stipulates that the structure (part thereof) must be designed and built in such a way that it meets the essential requirements of structures during the economically reasonable period of use of the structure, which are:

• Mechanical resistance and constancy (stability);

• Fire safety; Hygiene, health and environment;

• Safety and access to the structure during use;

• Noise protection;

• Energy saving and heat preservation;

• Sustainable use of natural resources.

When designing a building or structure, the following goals are set:

1. Stability, rigidity - prevents the structure or its parts from sliding, overturning or bending under environmental and operational loads.

2. Strength is to safely withstand all the loads acting on the building, as well as the stresses caused by the loads of various structural elements, throughout its operational period. The building must not "fall apart" under its own weight.

3. Suitability for operation - ensured use of the building under operational load conditions. This means that adequate stiffness and reinforcements must be provided to avoid exceeding the limits of acceptable deformations (bends), cracking or crack opening.

4. Aesthetics – depending on the project, appearance and visible internal structure may also be a priority.

5. Cost-effectiveness is the ability to meet requirements 1-3 within the budget. It is especially important to know various materials, their prices and application possibilities

Our construction engineer is a certified specialist and has a qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of the Environment.
